Adam Lambert Returns to American Idol to Perform Aftermath to Benefit The Trevor Project

American Idol Season 8 runner-up, global superstar and Grammy nominee, Adam Lambert will be returning to the American Idol stage on Thursday, March 10th to perform an acoustic version of “Aftermath”. American Idol airs on FOX from 8:00-9:00pm live ET/tape-delayed PT.

Immediately following Lambert’s performance on American Idol, a remix of “Aftermath” (remixed by Billboard) will be made available on AdamOfficial.com with part of the proceeds going to support The Trevor Project.




Says Lambert, "Billboard turns the song into a fresh new dance pop anthem to blast on the radio and in the clubs!"

The Trevor Project is the leading national organization focused on crisis intervention and suicide prevention among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth. For more information, visit www.TheTrevorProject.org.

Says Lambert;"[“Aftermath”]...was written about finding the courage to be honest with yourself and the people who love you. It's about facing adversity and taking risks in the name of personal liberation. The song takes on different meanings to different listeners.
